I absolutely LOVE the concept of semi-private training- you get individualized attention and guidance in a team environment. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and really care about your progress and goals. I have a history of injuries and they are able to design a program and modify exercises that are best for me. I also love the fact that they offer classes six days a week from 6am-8pm, so I am always able to find a session that fits my crazy busy schedule. Frequently Asked Questions

Am I locked into the same day/time each week?

No. You can choose your days and training times each week. Scheduling is very flexible allowing you to book sessions with very little advanced notice.

What happens if I can't use all my sessions?

If you're sick or traveling etc you can use the sessions in the weeks before or after the time you'll be gone. You should't lose sessions. If you're gone for an extended period of time you can just cancel or potentially do a hold.

Do I have to start at the beginning of the month?

Do you have to be in shape already?

No. Your month starts when you sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th, your billing period would be from the 15th to the 15th.

No. A lot of the people that work with us have never even worked out before. It's personalized training so we start everyone where they are and build them up from there. We have people in their 70s. We have people coming back from ACL surgery. Your program is custom to you.

Are the coaches all certified?

How long have you been here?

Yes. All coaches carry the highest level certifications, but even better is their commitment to continued education and the fact that they all have master's or bachelors degrees in exercise science. Our coaches are all full time coaches, not just someone who enjoys working out trying to make after their "real job."

We were the first and still one of the only places in northern virginia specializing in semi private training. We've been doing it now for 11 years.
